RBC is female-founded and run, and they were generous enough to let me have a say in every design aspect of this swim collection!

The quality was the most important thing to me, because I’ve always struggled with swim feeling cheap and fitting uncomfortably, even if the right style was there.

The fabric is a luxurious, eco-friendly material (87% made from recycled textiles) that’s soft to the touch but still compressive where you want it to be (a fabric also used by Agua Bendita, which is a major endorsement)!

About the Styles

For this collection, we focused on 2 one-piece suits, 2 two-piece suits, and 2 cover up styles! Here’s everything you need to know about each design:

The Bay One-Piece

The suit that started it all!

I’m a blue toile girl through and through, so I knew I wanted that to be a defining print in the collection. I sent the team a photo of one of my favorite Johnson Brothers dishes as inspiration and the result was this perfect blue, floral toile!

There’s a ruffle detail on the square neckline and a tie in the back. It comes in tall sizes and has a full coverage bottom so it is the epitome of comfort and ease as far as swim is concerned!

The Daphne Top (Blue Toile)

This top takes the classic blue toile and gives it a sexy twist! The structured top keeps everything feeling really secured and the ruffle detail throughout the straps evokes that classic, coastal style we love.

The Rivers Bottom (Blue Toile)

I’ve always been a high-waisted swim girl but hear me out! High-waisted swimwear has met its match with the Rivers Bottom.

It sits high but not *too* high, with the perfect v-cut that is so insanely flattering on everyone! It’s my favorite swim bottom I’ve ever worn, and we fine tuned this piece until it was perfect! It has medium coverage in the back.

The Ivy One-Piece

Our Ivy one piece was inspired by the chic and effortless style of Meredith Blake. I wanted to include a suit that was really simple but had fun details like white piping, a v-cut neckline, and a lower (but not too low) scoop back! It has medium coverage in the back.

The Daphne Top and Rivers Bottom (Navy with White Piping)

The same Daphne pieces detailed above but with the chic navy piping you’ll find on the Ivy one piece.

*We recommend sizing up 1 size in the bottoms of this style because of the piping!

The Magnolia Set

I will be LIVING in this set all summer. It’s 100% cotton, perfectly flowy and comfortable, but it still has a smocked neckline and waistline (with adjustable straps) to keep a cute fit. I love this set so much and know it’s going to be a summer staple!

The Ricki Pants

Because one piece of blue toile is never enough! I imagine these pants as the piece you throw on with your swimsuit to go make a quick lunch before heading back to the beach for the day. They have a stretchy waistband and are 100% cotton, so they will always wash and wear beautifully!
